SEO Website Help, Sell House Right Away!

Recently we start a property website about online property presentation for sale house online. We took about 3 month build the website and another one month to sign partnership with doze of local property agent. After everything settled, everything looks good, visitors become more and more and more and more houses listed.
After another one month, despite all efforts we did and hardworking, we did not sell a single house nor get a single online query. We got confused. After read more and more tips online and two months ago, we hired a SEO company and start our long trek of website optimization. First step, we installed a complex visitor track on the webpage, later we found out the visitor came to our website do not want to buy a house, they are looking for many different things like area map, phone number, houseagent contact method etc. By the suggestion of the SEO Company , we totally changed our webpage title, description and keywords; in fact we do not have a thing call description and keywords Meta before. After about another one month, all pages got updated in search engine, and amazingly, we got about one query every 2 days. That’s 15 interested buyers we are still working on that we got last month. We were very happy and the project just paid off. Next month, we will start building links, we believe we can sell a house online and sell it fast.
